Just notice yourself this week, notice your mind wondering, worrying about something that happened last week (there), and worrying about something that is going to happen in the future (there). All the while really missing what is going on RIGHT NOW (Here).
What proportion of your time is spent HERE…NOW…in the PRESENT?

This truly resonates to myself. I feel myself thinking of the what ifs….. then I try to think of everything that I have around me to be grateful for.. my health family and just being able to walk outside in the fresh air.
Time goes so quickly and we gotta stop sometimes and take in our life that we have and to be more kind to ourselves as we only got 1 body and we need to look after it and our mind.
Simple steps can be Big steps in so many ways .
