I was introduced to Sally through a friend, I did The 20 Minute Challenge for 29 days for £29, I thought, I will join, worth it for a small cost, as I really needed to get out of the hole that I had been in for 4 years. The challenge was 20 minutes a day of walking and 2 litres of water a day, well what can I say I felt better, more motivated, lost 6Ibs in 29 days, just by walking and drinking water, no change to my diet.Sally, Simon and Sam are so inspirational, that I decided to join the group for a small cost and worth every penny of it, after the challenge finished.I wished I had met Sally a very long time ago, as she has given me so much of my life back, strength, energy, a happier and definitely more focused.I walk twice a day, it's become a habit that I love doing, I have so much energy, I enjoy every moment of running around with the Grandkids, I walk more, so far in 7 months I have lost 2 stones in weight, I feel amazing, and its all down to Sally and the group.I highly recommend you join, you will not regret it, I know I haven't, and my family, friends, colleagues have noticed the difference in me.I must not forget all the members in the group, they are wonderful, such support to all of us, no judging, just support.SALLY IS AMAZING AND ALL I CAN SAY IS I WISH I HAD MET HER A LONG TIME AGO.

I absolutely loved being part of TTMT, the support from Sally, Simon and other members of the group was second to none. It's been so much more than walking and water for me. I feel so much happier in myself, I can honestly say it's been the best £1 a day I've spent on myself😊

If you are looking for someone who can support and encourage you, to make the changes you have wanted to make for ages then Sally is the person. Straight talking, no nonsense, encouraging, but most of all calls you out on all the excuses you make to yourself why you can’t make the changes. Joined a month long challenge to walk 20 minutes and drink 2 litres of water a day at the beginning of January. Small changes that with the support of Sally and the group have had a massive impact. Thank you Sally can’t wait to continue making changes to improve my life and level of fitness. As an added bonus I have lost 9lb

Sally is the most genuine, hilarious, straight talking real woman I have the joy to know. I've been a member of The Sally Wilkinson Tribe for 2 years and its the best investment I give myself every day.The Learn to Nordic Walk course inspired me and my mum to find an exercise that we can do together, how ace is that. You're never to old or to young to benefit from the mighty Sally Wilkinson 💚💫

Just completed Sally’s TTMT 31 day challenge during January. It has to be the best programme I have ever followed. It’s 31 days of the best encouragement, support and self awareness ever! I am now starting February feeling fitter, healthier and “mindfully” aware of my food choices. It’s a new way of life and it’s fabulous!

I try a lot of different workouts and I rarely stick with them. However, last year I bought Sally's Learn to Nordic Walk course and it was certainly money well spent. The short lessons are packed with information, as well as humour. I now walk with my poles about 3 times a week and I really enjoy it. Sally is a great motivator and she knows what she is talking about.Edited to add:I've almost completed (1 video left to watch) Sally's TTMT - The Twenty Minute Triumph, her January challenge in which you are asked to drink 2 litres of water and also walk for 20 minutes every day. The idea is that by committing to creating and building on these habits you can then go on to make other positive changes in your life. Sally does a live video every weekday, and there are videos by her husband Simon and the resident coach, Sam - all are fun, uplifting, encouraging, motivating, and give you plenty of food for thought. The closed Facebook group offers marvellous support, and you don't need to post at all if you don't want to. It's fun to see photos of where others are walking and how everyone is getting on. It's a great way to start off the year and I look forward to doing it again next year. Thanks Sally and Co.!

Just completed my 2nd January Twenty Minute Triumph Challenge with Sally. The perfect way to kickstart the year, with positivity, establishing healthy habits, mindset coaching, loads of laughs and not a diet in sight. A wonderful online community of like-minded people. Great value for only £1 a day. Already looking forward to the next TTMT. Brilliant challenge.

Completed The Twenty Minute Triumph (TTMT) this January and it was £31 REALLY well spent. Sally is real & genuine & not trying to push some dodgy diet / lifestyle but instead supporting us to make positive changes & choices that become habits that make life better ☺️ Sally creates a wonderful supportive environment which is empowering & validating & the group discussions & comments have been fab. I am hugely cynical about these groups and wasn’t expecting this to be different when my friend suggested I did TTMT with her & that’s probably the best accolade I can give! Now a paid up member of the Tribe - go Sally!!

Sally is one of the most knowledgeable, down to earth, straight talking, bs-free, kind, loving, open, funny “gurus” in health, well-being, and fitness, that I have ever come across. The Twenty Minute Triumph has been…well…a triumph! I am over halfway through and feel truly empowered and accountable for all my choices.Sally and her associates, change mindsets and lives for the better and best of all, she wants you to achieve these changes for life…not just a short term fix which guarantees you’ll be back again. With Sally, you know that with her whole, massive, heart, she wants you to enjoy everything you have to the fullest.

Sally Wilkinson is an absolute inspiration to so many women especially myself.I purchased a Nordic walking course and I’ve been following it making me healthier and fitter and most enjoyable. Also I’ve purchased for motivated menopause which is so inspirational. So full of ideas healthy tips recipes exercise is absolutely brilliant, and I know so many women really enjoy doing this I would highly recommend Sally to everyone. Most recently I have joined the TTMT which has been an eye-opener. I actually did think it would be a walk in the park but it has taught me a lot about myself. It has been very therapeutic.. this is right up there with the best things that I have ever done for myself. There has been so much information coaching group therapy mentoring meeting new people. It has opened up so many different things for everyone to think about and hopefully change for the good .I think this has been amazing thank you Sally you are a star well five stars actually highly recommend it to everybody

I stumbled across sally TTMT for the first time in December to start in January. Sally is just fantastic she is so relatable, real , funny , has a way with words that really make you think . I love her own personal spins on the content she provides . She is like the best mate every one needs . She is kind , understanding but also not afraid to say it how it is and at times probably isn't what you want to hear but it's done with love and kindness in mind . Brilliant women , brilliant content would recommend. Fantastic work sally , Simon and Sam x

What an amazing experience! I am so glad I found out about and signed up to the TMTT. It feels like Sally has 'put my head straight' in so many ways, in just 3 weeks. My first experience with Sally was during lock down. I was very low, we had moved away from my home town to the Isle of Wight. 5months later and covid was all around. I had no friends and no family.Sally helped motivate me to get fit and not feel so alone. Sally has an amazing way of talking as if it only you she is talking to. A rare gift and it helps she talks my kind of language. I signed up for the 20 minute challenge. It helped me feel a little more like me. Sally motivates you, gives you a verbal kick up the bum when I need it. I'm on her email list for her newsletter. I'm now doing the 5minute challenge. I love it even if my belly does hang out while doing it. Makes me laugh to myself. That's Sally too, she isn't afraid to laugh at herself too. Thanks Sally xx

I joined the Tribe after doing a free online fitness challenge during lockdown. I loved Sallys ‘no nonsense’ but real life approach to fitness and well being, with all it’s pitfalls. She is also hilarious!!The philosophy behind the Tribe isn’t about being stick thin and dieting, but more to do with equipping you to be a better version of yourself, mentally and physically with no comparison, no judgement and no hard sell! Within the Tribe, there is a whole range of fitness abilities from marathon runners to those who have a short daily walk- but the essence of the Tribe is about supporting each on an individual level. Since joining, I feel more content, I feel fitter (this was just a bonus for me), I feel supported and I have lifelong approaches in order to maintain this. The Success Plan within the membership gives short, sharp messages for lifelong changes- quick fixes are not for me anymore. The Motivating Menopause programme also came at just the right time for me. I have met some truly wonderful people both online and in person (including Sally!), and I have tried new ways to keep fit (I did Sally’s Nordic Walking course and never looked back). I use the aspects that I enjoy but still do the odd challenge outside my comfort zone with other like minded people! It helps to have a bit of accountability and the needed ‘push’ in the right direction. I have even started running- I never would have gone there at my age without the support of the Tribe! The Tribe has truly enriched my life and I have never regretted my decision to join. It’s more than looking at fitness, being mindful and making better food choices, it’s about friends looking out for each other through the highs and the lows, whatever they may be, celebrating and supporting each other’s journeys. The Tribe is unique and real and I am privileged and proud to be part of it.

What can I say about Sally Wilkinson!! We first met in 2013 & I've followed her ever since. She is one amazing lady! I feel so fortunate to have met her & she continues to motivate & inspire me nearly 10 years later. I was lucky to take part in Sally's first ever retreats in the UK & in Portugal. She is a fountain of knowledge. I have learnt & continue to learn so much from Sally's social media pages. She keeps up to date with current thinking. She is brutally honest about her own past & insecurities, which makes her so relatable. Sally has made such a difference to my life & I know to that of thousands of others. I can't recommend Sally highly enough, she just continues to go from strength to strength.

The Nordic walking course has really inspired me. I was struggling to find an activity that delivered more than daily dog walks but less than a full scale hike and this fun and informative series of videos has done that. The delivery has its own style which I love engaging and accessible whilst being informable and fun. It can be dipped into and continued at your own pace. The high level of encouragement and motivation is fantastic, something you don't get with other courses.I would thoroughly recommend it.

I bumped into sally via a friend and decided to join her online community for 3 months, to ‘just see’. 4 years in, I’m loving it more than ever. The inspiration to feel better, to live your best life, to be the best version of yourself, is all there. The online resources to develop your health and fitness are second to none. The genuine, care, love and affection you get from being part of her community is just incredible and is really the best part. I take part in each of the challenges and online events and truly many of them have been life changing. Try it for 3 months and see for yourself………..

Sally is a fantastic motivator and inspired me to take up Nordic Walking. Since meeting Sally I have completed three long distance walks - West Highland Way, Hadrians Wall and the first part of the Camino de Santiago and I know I would not have done any of this had it not been for Sally. I can highly recommend being part of her private membership group, attending one of her retreats or buying one of her fitness packages such as Nordic Walking. Thank you Sally for your inspiration x

Sally's approach is about so much more than fitness. Yes, she will get you moving, drinking water and completing challenges you never though you were capable of, but more than that, she will transform your mindset, giving you insight and inspiring you to make good choices. You will learn to love yourself and appreciate that you need different things at different points in your life. The Tribe is a magical place, created by Sally, and full of people supporting each other through life's ups and downs. Sally puts her heart and soul into everything she does, whether it's her weekly talks in the Tribe, her Nordic Walking or Motivated Menopause courses or her chats and challenges on her free social media pages. Sally has a unique ability to change lives for the better.

Where do I start! Sally has been the most influential person in my life since I met her 11 years ago...she firstly taught me to Nordic walk and promoted me to a walk leader which I am still doing to this day. She helped me come to terms and change my way of living, which I hated but could not see a way out of...I lost over 3.5 stone and am full of energy and feel good about myself. I follow Sally on her many platforms and am immensely proud to call her a very dear friend now...life would be very dull without Sally in it. I cannot recommend her highly enough, for fitness, mental health issues which she openly discusses, but above all for her enthusiasm to help others and I know there are hundreds, probably thousands of women who have been helped by finding her, through Google or any of her other platforms.

Andrea Winstanley- I first came across Sally on Facebook GOYS October 2020 and I was hooked! I joined the 3 day Virtual Retreat New Year 2021 which was a fantastic way to start the New Year. Then I got the opportunity to join the Tribe in April 2021 and I love it. Sally has created a fantastic community of ladies and a few men who support and cheer one another on on a daily basis. I have taken part in 2 Twenty Minute Challenges and just love the Monday morning motivational lives they kick start my week and give me the motivation and inspiration to tackle the week ahead. Sally is such a character and so down to earth and she also speaks a lot of sense with a fabulous no none sense delivery. She is so relatable and helps everyone along the way by sharing her own daily struggles and also her big wins. Everything she offers on all her platforms, from her words of wisdom to her death stare and all the content on the Success Path is worth it’s weight in gold to equip you to be a better you! Thank you Sally for always being there 🥰

The day I stumbled across Sally Wilkinson was the best day ever for me and joining Sally's Tribe has had a massive impact on me going forward. Sally is such an inspiration and deals with things with a no-nonsense attitude and absolutely tells it as it is. I have been part of Sally's tribe for about 21 months and there is so much inspiration, support and encouragement from both Sally and all the other tribe members (some who you will never met) but they are like a big virtual family. I have done Sally's nordic walk course and absolutely love nordic walking and love taking part in the extra challenges that Sally sets too, e.g. Twenty Minute Triumph and H2October. I now drink at least two litres of water a day and exercise and walk at least 5 days a week and sometimes seven days a week and that is due to Sally and her support and encouragement. Thank you Sally - you are ACE and one absolutely inspirational lady XX

I love the inspirational emails each week it does really make you think and share with others. I did the early morning sunrise walk, I didn't think I could manage that with work, you just have to work it out. You can if you think you can. Thankyou Sally

I came across Sally by accident and signed up for the Motivated Menopause programme. I love her no nonsense approach, brutal honesty and sense of humour. She made me realise that only I could make a difference. That got me thinking and now I do something every day, no matter how small or big. I'm not a size 8 yet (probably never will be) but I am healthier, fitter and my wobbly bits are getting firmer. Go Sally .......

I first saw Sally on Face Book about a year ago no. I loved her straight talking, no nonsense approach. I participated in the 20 Minute Triumph Challenge in January 2022. What a revelation! I have since joined The Tribe, an amazing group. The Tribe member website has great content with a range of fitness exercises, challenges and a Success Path to follow. Since linking up with this inspirational woman and her Tribe I walk [an hour at least] and drink a minimum of 2L of water daily, never did either before. Sally has that unique ability to make you feel she is actually 'with you'. An amazing humorous, self depreciating, motivational, warm, caring woman who wants you to be the 'best you can be'. Being part of the Tribe is my privilege. Thank you Sally and the team

I first came across Sally when one of her videos popped up on YouTube and I started following her 'Get Over Yourself' page on Facebook. I loved her inspiring and often very funny videos! I went on to do the Twenty Minute Triumph in June 2020 which was wonderful! When this month long challenge came to an end I then joined her paid membership, 'The Tribe' and it has been life changing! I have discovered that I am worth investing in and how I can always do something to feel better, particularly when struggling with the menopause! There is so much available to us in The Tribe and it is well worth the small monthly fee. Thank you Sally and Simon for all the hard work you put in for us!

I have followed Sally now for a few years on get over yourself and have also been part of The Tribe, private membership, or should i say community, and now tik tok! The inspiration you get from the no nonsense attitude, encouragment and banter certainly works if you want to feel fitter physically and mentally, the encouragement from the members is incredible. So give Sally Wilkinson -Get Over yourself a follow, you won't regret it!

I have been following Sally for three years now and she has helped me through some tough times. I cannot afford to pay for classes but I always do her free challenges. She can make me laugh and motivate me even when I'm feeling really down. She really should be on prescription! Even though you wouldn't know I'm there because I rarely comment, you have consistently been there for me, so thank you Sally xxx

During lockdown I did Sally’s Nordic Walking course, prior to having both hips replaced. Her bubbly personality and motivation to engage with the course made it fun and very worthwhile. My doctor was delighted that I was doing pre-rehab which made such a difference to my recovery and current fitness level. I so enjoy Nordic Walking so have joined a local group braving all weathers! A huge thank you to Sally for introducing me to this fabulous hobby. Go Posh and Waffle xx

Sally has a no nonsense approach which gets into your head and sticks there. I have been on both on site and virtual retreats she has run and have taken something new from them every time. In addition she has built a community of people in The Tribe which never cease to encourage, congratulate, commiserate and generally support each other through whatever ups and downs you are experiencing not only with your health and fitness but with anything life is throwing at you.

Edit:🥰Sally is funny, sensitive, a motivator, no nonsense, friendly, honest, skilled, enthusiastic and hard working. She talks about walks, water, menopause and much more using role plays, her own experience and she delivers everything in her very own straight forward way.She makes you stop and listen and want more…….The Sally Wilkinson Tribe is a place to be if you want a no nonsense approach to looking after your well-being…mental, emotional and physical. It’s a self accountability approach and the membership is full of like minded individuals who feel like friends even though most people have never met face to face. There is a social media presence and the website contains lots of content as well as a modular programme called The Success Path( included).Sally does lots of talk in the tribe and on social media as well as paid programmes such as The Twenty Minute Triumph, motivating menopause and Nordic walking.Sally is the main driver along with her husband Simon, coach Sam and virtual admin Vicky.Their work together means that it’s a professional, consistent set up.The Sally Wilkinson Tribe costs £29 a month and the membership is available around 2-3 times per year and you can dip in and out depending on your engagement and financial situation. ( But I promise you, you won’t want to leave!).I would say “Enjoy the free bits of Sally but definitely join The Sally Wilkinson Tribe for at 1 month and fully embrace it to get the most out of it…. I bet you won’t want to leave”Enjoy

Sally gave me my “physical” life back following a tricky diagnosis. Her honest blunt but incredibly supportive way of guiding you through challenges and fitness classes is extraordinary. Her online group The Tribe is a group I will never leave, full of like minded people , fully supportive and with Sally leading allowing us all to be the best version of ourselves . Sue x

I am a 65 Yr old woman who had got used to just sitting around for most of the day watching the telly. I was becoming increasingly concerned that I wasn't looking after my health. In June this year I found Sally and started exercising along with her and watching her motivational videos. She has a lovely down to earth approach, makes me laugh and she's real life. Following her and joining her group has been life changing for me. I now walk at least 3 miles a day, do 2 - 3 of her exercise challenges every day and feel the best I have in years. Dropped a dress size too - bonus!I love this woman and the amazing group of humans who make up her Tribe.Follow her now, you will not regret it.Keep being ACE Sally 😘

I started following Sally on Instagram about 2 years ago and I have to say that she is a total inspiration. So down to earth, plenty of practical talk with no b.s. I feel like she is a friend that I have known forever. Thanks to her positive and encouraging videos I have managed to lose a whopping 2.5 stone in the last year and feel fitter than I have done in years. I would recommend anyone to follow her on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and just join in with her challenges etc. You won’t regret it!

Sally inspired me when I found her during lockdown and I haven't looked back. Lost a stone and a half just by moving more, increased my step count, regular workouts. Loved her virtual retreats and Nordic walking, the Magic. Her influence on so much of my life continues today and will into the future.

Sally, Simon and Sam have been inspirational in normalising behaviours, giving a new perspective and providing great workouts to follow both live and on the membership website. The virtual challenges and retreats helped make Lockdowns easier & introduced me to juicing which I find really beneficial. If you want to try something different then the Nordic Walking course is brilliant and the enjoyable skill will last a lifetime.
