I have purchased Sally Wilkinson 20 minute walk and 2L water challenge/ Nordick walking/ menopause courses.SALLY is highly motivating, always happy and so down to earth. Courses excellent and so much encouragement to continue.
Joining Sally's Free 500 Challenge was an experience I am so greatful for! I will never forget the way, even with over 4000 ace people in the Facebook Community, Sally made me feel seen, heard and valued. A great team of ace people simply doing there best! Inspirational honestly doesn't cover it! Thank you Sally and team!! I am ace, you are ace, We are ACE!👋 Here's to feelings of chuff chuffedness!!👋
Sally is fantastic at getting people motivated she is so down to earth which makes her easy to follow sadly when the 500 challenge was on I watched but couldn't join in as I just had hip replacement but I definitely will when I'm up to it 😀
Sally is very motivating I enjoyed the free 500 as best I could I purchased her life time video. Roll on the New year when I get the renovations done, and it's me time
Completed several of Sally's courses and all have been fantastic. Love her honesty and how she says it how it is!Has really helped motivate me and through the courses have made lots of new friends, definitely recommend to anybody!
I wish I had found Sally Wilkinson years ago. This Lady created “The Tribe” to motivate and empower women of all ages and generations to feel positive about themselves. Her no nonsense approach is fabulous and my only regret is that I wasted years of silly slimming nonsense .. when I should have focused on making my body and mind strong to tackle anything life threw at me. Now I have found Sally and the Tribe I know I can deal with whatever life throws at me..
An amazing programme....run by an amazing couple...Sally is very relatable and makes me laugh every session, would definately recommend giving it a go, do something for you! x x
Sally is so down to earth and say it how it is which so refreshing you never feel under pressure to join in but you just really want to she makes you want to invest time into yourself which has we get older we don't tend to do i've laughed and cried with Sally on her talks she feels like a really close friend who just gets how your feeling and that is a rare gift keep up the great work you do Sally.xxxx
I thoroughly enjoyed Sallys workouts found some of them tough but Sally will give you the inner strength to keep on going knowing your heading in the right direction 😄👍
What a great tonic Sally is. Love her motivation and advice and support. So down to earth and funny. Walking more, drinking water and being kinder to myself. Love her to bits!
Sally Wilkinson is an inspiration. During lockdown I saw one of her challenges through another group I am in. I took up the challenge and I haven’t looked back. I bought her motivated menopause and enjoy the recipes, exercises etc. I signed up for her weekly newsletter. If ever I’m feeling a bit low I will either watch one of her videos or read a email and I can guarantee I feel so much better after.
I enjoyed The 500 immensley. Sally is so down to earth and she draws you in, you just want to do the workout and cannot wait for the next. I am now fully addicted and have recommended her to some friends. So thank you Sally for popping into my life,
What an amazing, down to earth lady!!! Never been able to relate to anyone trying to teach me before but this woman is awesome!!! I would recommend her to everyone I know and have!!! If I could give 100 stars I would!!!
Sally is such an encouraging person. When you think you cant do anymore and are in a downhill spiral, Sally will pick you up, dust you off and send you on your way with encouraging words, 'Get over yourself' and 'Just get outside for a walk' that's all it takes really, a little walk, encouraging words that make you feel you are not alone and can achieve small steps that will take you to bigger achievements. We are all ace!!
Just loved Sally’s latest challenge - the 5 day sunrise challenge - it was tough getting up early enough to see the sunrise but so worth it - thanks Sally
The Twenty Minute Triumph in January was brilliant, I enjoyed following it, Sally is inspiring and I feel I have acquired a healthy habit for life. April now and I am still following the 2L water and walking as daily habits.
I have followed Sally for many years. I completed the Twenty Minute Triumph in January 2023 and it was incredible, very inspirational and at a fantastic price ! Sally gives 100% to everything she does and it shows. I loved it and will be doing it again.
Sally's 20 minute Triumph is still being a triumph for me, any season, rain or shine getting up and out early and keeping hydrated enables me to run my day, not have my day run me!
Fun, but serious, simple to follow workouts and life philosophy. Started for me with lockdown workouts, love the sunrise challenge. Always listen in to Sally's life philosophy, Keeping it real with Sally. 👍
This lady knows how to pick you up and get you motivated to feel good about yourself and challenges you to keep going. I still love the Adele abs workout and do it often. 100 skips a day is amazing how much easier it gets with practice. Just a 20 minute walk and 2 litres of water a day really does make a difference. Try it,you'll never regret it. Oh,and don't be sh### ha ha x
Love Sally’s no-nonsense approach in all her online content. I did the Free 500, Nordic Walking Course, Motivated Menopause and The Tribe membership. All these have helped me to focus on moving more to stay healthy and live longer with laughter along the way. Thank you Sally xps the weekly email is a great motivator too!
What an inspiration this lady is!Signed up to the weekly emails which are so down to earth and you can really relate to and that there are people feeling the same about life as yourself. Really enjoyable to read andSo motivational , free fitness Facebook videos to ,that are easy to follow and not long winded.Sally will try and get all inspired to get out and walk/ chat/ move!!Thank you Sally.
I really love the weekly emails as they not onpy make me chuckle but also give me a kick up the bottom to actually do something with my life! Long may they continue!
What a great motivator Sally is and so much fun. She never fails to inspire and bring a smile or giggle with her live Facebook stories. I have completed a few of her free challenges the most recent being the Sunrise. I was lucky to get 2 lovely sunrises and thoroughly enjoyed the dawn chorus even when the sun was hidden by clouds.
Sally is a huge inspiration to a lot of people. I signed up to the weekly emails which aren't long to read. They're funny, sad, motivational, true, uplifting and very real, just like Sally. She doesn't mince her words which makes you sit up and think hmm, get of that sofa and move! The live videos are fab, it's day to day stuff but in them you glean all sorts of info. I just love the Posh and Waffle videos, they're a fab double act 😁 🍦We all go through journeys with Sally, either her ranting or us! With Sally, it's a safe space to vent or share our experiences. There are challenges you can join in with, or not, up to you really how much effort you put in.Water, water, water 💧 is one of her mottosKeep it up lovely lady 😘 and thank you for everything you (& Simon) do for us xx
Took part in Sally's 20 Minute Triumph in January and gave me a great start to the new year. Sally is so motivational and I love her rants and sense of humour. Her down to earth approach to fitness and your mental wellbeing is great. ❤
Love Sally (Get over yourself) very down to earth, wears her heart on her sleeve. She lifts and motivates my day ....thanks for getting me moving more x
I’ve followed Sally since lockdown and joined in so many of her free challenges - sunrise , walk n water, little hits of exercise and joined the tribe for a short while (never any pressure) Just love her energy, honesty and down to earth approach. Thanks for the inspo- just when I need it ❤️
I came across Sally during the first lockdown when she was doing free fitness sessions every day on Facebook. I joined two of her virtual retreats, and even managed to drag some of my friends in as well. In July of that year I joined her on a ‘virtual’ sunrise walk at 5:30 am – something I would never ever have done before, I enjoyed it so much I decided to do a sunrise walk every Friday morning. I did this for nine months and even went for a dawn walk on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day because they fell on a Friday and I didn’t want to break my routine. Again, something I would never ever of done if I hadn’t come across Sally . Sally is inspiring, motivating, funny and full of words of wisdom (and slightly mad) but ultimately very real, down to earth and authentic. I help clients with mental health issues and I’ve used so much of what I’ve gained from Sally with my clients , especially around movement, exercise and walking. I’ve even joined a Bootcamp local to me and go 3 or 4 times a week (even in the winter!! ) – again, something I would never ever have done before. Thank you Sally!
After following Sally's Facebook page for a while I took the plunge and signed up to The 20 Minute Triumph back in January 2023, what a wonderful and welcoming group of people. Sally's lives we're always relatable and she gave me food for thought on a daily basis, she helped me reassess my habits to make positive changes. Sally is so down to earth, she's honest and says exactly how it is, she also made me laugh out loud daily. Whilst the TTMT has finished I regularly watch Sally's stories and lives and keep up to date with what's going on. I particularly love the Posh and Waffles lives and the Marrakech trip was fab. Everyone needs Sally in their life! :-)
Sally offers great advise and support to her followers and is uplifting and inspiring ,caring curious and very very funny .I would highly recommend following her .You won't regret it one bit .
Have known of Sally since early days - going AF - staying focused - she really does UNDERSTAND & offers real life solutions, encouragement and instills enthusiasm - at every level. Would highly recommend any of her workshops - It’ll be positive influence on your life going forward. Keep it Up Sally xx
Sally weekly email are great so very inspirational and helpful. . Sally says it as it is, always truthful and down to earth. I certainly look forward to hearing from her each week . She always seems to make me smile , Sally has a special gift for making people feel better about themselves, and that certainly comes across in our weekly emails. If by any chance Sally couldn’t make one email, then she would get Simon to write it. Simon is a really good too but he doesn’t have as many PPSS as Sally .
Love Sally's weekly emails they brighten up my inbox! Also follow her on Facebook, she is straight talking and very real which is brilliant.PS. Posh & Waffle is also awesomePPS.. Simon is cool too 😊
Before lockdown I did zero walking/fitness then I stumbled across Sallys Facebook page "Get Over Yourself" & have never looked back!Sally is fantastic at connecting with her audience, she drew me in with her no nonsense, straight talking & I love all the challenges & 'stories' she delivers plus her humour - she literally has me howling with laughter, I actually love this woman!Learning more about gratitude etc was an added bonus for me! I also joined the tribe for a bit & what a tribe of amazing people they are - definite value for money, you get so much in this membership!Because of Sallys motivation, I conquered my first ever munro, (something I never though was possible!) and I continue to walk at least 10,000 steps per day - thank you Sally for being my inspiration X
So the benefit of the Sunrise challenge for me is that now I want to get up and see the sunrise every morning and it’s thanks to Sally’s straight talking encouragement that I’m creating a new habit. Sally Wilkinson you’re absolutely blooming awesome !!
I’ve followed on Facebook and Instagram for a number of years, I love the positivity of sallys posts and she inspires me to have a go at random but fun activity! I recently took part in daily skipping (I’m rubbish at that- but still trying). I got up early everyday for a week in the rain in the hope of watching a sunrise and shared my pictures which in turn inspired my close friends. Basically it makes me feel good to hear Sally talkabout all sorts of stuff- engaging in change does support well-being. I’m a fan 🙌🏼
