Do you dread January?

This may be the simplest programme I have ever done but do not be fooled into thinking it is easy!

to create 2 new habits that you WANT to do consistently…and you may not believe me yet…but they are seriously going to change your life

Consistency takes effort, and it is where most people FAIL, but this is what I AM going to personally help you with every day!


Are you willing to show up for me, and more importantly YOURSELF for 20 minutes a day?

All I ask of you is to get out walking for at least 20 minutes EVERY day and increase your water intake…and that is it!!  

20 Minutes to invest in YOURSELF, spending quality time on YOURSELF by prioritising YOURSELF!

NO Excuses! 

What a TRIUMPH…and you get to experience and appreciate it every day in January. You are going to be accountable to me every day.
 I will be encouraging you, motivating you and insiring you and be your cheerleader for 31 days!!
