Not everyone can afford the time or money to go abroad for a week and so I wanted to make it a lot more accessible and affordable so more people could experience the power of combining juice and fitness…while building a new found self-belief and confidence.

I cater for all levels of fitness from the super fit to someone who hasn’t exercised for a few years!!
The Retreats are structured in such a way to make them manageable.
I have seen literally hundreds of people complete the 3 days, all ages, fitness levels and body types!
You are going to gain such a sense of satisfaction and new found pride and love of yourself.
Any weight loss really does become the bonus.
You will leave with so much more…Trust me!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where is the Retreat based?
At Halton Mill, in the Village of Halton near Lancaster.
It is in a beautiful location right on the River Lune with some lovely walks from the doorstep.
It is next door to an Eco Housing development and is run by a Co- Operative.
It is rustic, environmentally conscious (run on renewable fuels) and has a wonderful community feel.
It has ‘heart and soul’ by the bucket load!
It is just 4.5 miles from Lancaster Train Station which is on the main London to Scotland line.
Does the price include accommodation?
The Holiday Inn does have some lovely facilities…pool, sauna and steam!
Both hotels also do tend to offer deals, especially out of season so do check their websites. If you are arriving by car there are plenty more guest houses in Lancaster and Morecambe to choose from.
I am worried about coming on my own
What are the start and finish times?
Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday 7:30am to 5:00pm
Sunday 7:30am to 2:30pm
I am worried that I will not be fit enough and will hold everyone up
Do we still Nordic Walk if it rains?
What do I need to bring with me?
- You will need a warm top for when you are listening to any talks as you will cool down
- A spare pair of trainers and socks – if you don’t want to get your new ones muddy on the walks.
- A water bottle.
- Hat and gloves (in the colder months)
- You will need a small rucksack if you want to carry water on the walks as you will be holding your poles!
- Some guests bring a blanket of their own but these are provided at the venue.
- Don’t forget your sports bra!!
- A sense of humour and an open mind!
